In her professional role, Victoria is the Founder of a coding, auditing and CDI company called Integrity Coding Solutions. Prior to starting her company, she was the Regional Director of Coding Audit and Education for a California-based integrated healthcare delivery system covering 21 facilities with 160+ coders and CDI staff. She specialized in providing the following: initial and on-going coding, audit and CDI education, specialty-specific training, department presentations and one-on-one feedback to coding, CDI staff, physicians, local, regional, and national leadership.
